Green Door's services are available to residents of the District of Columbia or people living in shelters or hospitals who intend to remain in the District. Green Door only serves adults with a mental illness, so people who want to join are required to have an interview and a diagnostic assessment of their psychiatric needs in addition to their other needs and goals. You are invited to take a tour, and talk to members and staff.
Green Door-funded housing is only available to members of the Green Door's Core Service Agency.
Green Door's Clubhouse is not a part of the Medicaid Rehabilitation Option and not a core service as defined by the District of Columbia. You can ask your Core Service Agency to refer you to the Green Door Clubhouse.
